Frequently Asked Questions

Which trial lesson should I book?

If you are interested in individual lessons for a specific instrument for your child (also possible as little group) then we offer you the individual trial lesson. You would like your child to go to the group sessions? Then contact us and visit one of our existing Open Music Groups.

Will I have time to ask questions in the trial lesson?

Yes. In every trial lesson we make time for you to be able to ask all the questions you might have.

Where is the trial lesson?

All of our classes take place at the Anglican Church in Carrer Núñez de Balboa 6, Palma.

Can I, as a parent, be in the trial lesson, too?

Yes. Usually we prefer that our students attend the lesson without their parents. It's a matter of learning and creating a certain environment. We understand though that you would also like to get to know the teacher. You can either sit in during the whole trial lesson or just for some time at the beginning or end - it's your decision.

Can the the trial lesson be at my home?

Yes. We offer plans for visiting your child at your home and giving the lesson there. Basically prices are the same, plus a fee for making our way to you. For this type of trial lesson please contact us directly. For more info check our home plans here.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule?

If, for any reasons, you would like to reschedule your trial lesson, please contact us right away. For every trial lesson we reserve time that otherwise somebody else would like to book. We are always happy to offer you another appointment that fits for you.

Do we need an instrument for the trial lesson?

No. We have instruments that you can use for the trial lesson. Just let us know if you need one when you book your trial lesson.
